We are pleased to announce that SafeNet MobilePASS+ 1.5 for iOS and Android is now available for download from iTunes and Google Play

 This latest release of SafeNet MobilePASS+ resolves several issues and features the following:

  • Enhanced PUSH Approval Workflow for MobilePASS+ tokens that use Server PINs (iOS and Android)
  • Japanese version of the application (app user interface and store description for both iOS and Android)
  • Performance Improvements (Android)

We are pleased to announce that SafeNet MobilePASS+ SDK v1.0.1 for iOS and Android is now available.

 

This first release of SafeNet MobilePASS+ SDK brings the following new features:

  • Easy Token Management to enable listing and deleting tokens
  • Token Enrolment to support policies for Token with no PIN, Server PIN, User PIN and Biometric PIN
  • OTP (One Time Password) Generation to generate Passcodes according to token policy
  • PIN Protection of User PIN through secure component ACS (Asset Comparison Service)

SafeNet IDPrime 3940/940 –  Release Announcement

We are excited to release the first version of our next generation smart cards – the SafeNet IDPrime 3940/940.

It offers the latest in cryptographic security and updated certifications, including CC, eIDAS, ANSSI, eSignature and eSeal. SafeNet IDPrime 3940/940 is the first release of several next generation smart cards that will be released over the coming months.

The supporting middleware for SafeNet IDPrime 3940/940 is SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) 10.6 Post GA and the supporting minidriver is SafeNet Minidriver 10.2 Post GA.

SafeNet IDPrime 3940/940 will be an eventual replacement for the IDPrime MD 3840/840, and it can now be offered instead.

 Note:

  • eIDAS certification and French ANSSI qualification to be approved in Q1 2019
  • The French ANSSI qualification of IDPrime MD 3840/840 is due to expire on July 2019. French customers who are following this regulation will need to migrate to IDPrime 940/3940 before July 2019.

Note for both versions: Existing Touch ID and Face ID users will need to enter their PIN for their first approval request, or other access to their tokens, after updating to this latest version. Once their PIN has been entered correctly Touch ID or Face ID will function as normal.
